Very good product. My suggestion when you rinse it, is to put a scottowel in the bottom of the strainer because, hey hey, it is so tiny !! But a very good and healthy grain.

Great in soups to thicken texture and add protein & fibre. Think of amaranth as tiny quinoa. You can dry pop amaranth (& quinoa) to make healthy cereal and snacks. Love that it's GF and organic!

This stuff looks like something out of a horror movie when you cook it, but it's so yummy! My new favorite grain. It's also a healthier choice (over wheat or rice) for our baby to have for breakfast. I only wish it came in bigger amounts.

This is my first time trying this particular grain and I liked it very much, great as a cereal instead of oatmeal.

I add it to cookies, muffins, bread and morning hot cereal :) Fantastic product!

First time trying it. I mixed it with plum for my baby. He loved it. Thanks,!

Directions said to rinse with cold water, but the strainer I use to rinse quinoa was not fine enough so I ended up not rinsing it. It cooked into a glutinous, tasteless mess. I will finish the package because apparently it is good for you, but I will never buy amaranth again.

Good product, I did find it hard to cook, but I am sure that is my own fault, as I have never cooked this type of product before, I will keep trying.

I like the Organic Amaranth product. It has a very mild taste.
The quality is very good. I'll buy this product again.

This stuff is delicious. It cooks up beautifully, has a silky and chewy texture that is divine for breakfast. Even for someone who doesn't love breakfast, it is manageable because it goes down so easily!
