Grace & Stella's 100% pure lavender essential oil is great for a multitude of purposes. Create your own elaborate DIYs with this or just use simply in an oil diffuser, oil burner or apply a few drops to your pillow for a better night's rest.

Directions: Add 2-3 drops into a diffuser. You can also mix a few drops of Lavender Oil with distilled water in a small spray bottle and spray on your pillow. Or massage a couple drops of Lavender Oil into your temple, neck and head.
