Changed My Life
I've been reading a ton of books on sleeping and trying to optimize my sleep hygiene so I know how important perfect darkness is for optimal melatonin production and sleep quality. I preferred a temporary solution so I don't disturb the architectural integrity of my window. I installed a line of velcro above the window and each night I fasten these blinds to them. In installing them over the window, it covers all the light completely. Noted: I had to purchase two blinds to cover the size of my window. Honestly, this practice has changed my life. My quality of sleep has improved so much and I am dreaming much more than I used to. Highly recommend these blinds for anyone looking for a temporary or customizable solution.

Suction cups ineffective
I had read many glowing reviews but I found even with trying all the troubleshooting suggestions I can not get the blind to stay up properly.
