Directions: Hot: Remove the cover before heating the therapy pillow. Lay flat in microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes or heat in oven on low temperature. Test the temperature on the inside of your arm before use. Cold: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour.  Machine wash cover only in cool water on delicate cycle. Hang to dry. Do not wash your pillow!
