Elderberry Ginger syrup can be consumed on its own or in a tea, and is a great addition to pancakes, tonics, smoothies, or bubbly water (soda).

Provides antioxidants. Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a diaphoretic to promote sweating and to help relive fever in cases of common colds and flus; to help relieve joint pain associated with conditions such as arthritis; and as an alternative to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucus membranes.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 8-16 ml 3 times/day .
