I use this in my smoothies everyday and I've noticed a HUGE difference in my allergies. No more itchy eyes and uncontrollable sneezing. I am allergic to cats and pollen and haven't had any reactions at all in the past few weeks which is unheard of for me!

Nice large grains but pretty expensive. I haven't used it enough to notice any benefits but the taste is OK. An interesting natural sort of taste.
