Really high quality and a terrific sweetener!
When we make coffee each morning, we use the Health Garden Xylitol exclusively as a sweetener. It does not have any unpleasant aftertaste and it sweetens coffee just like sugar in my opinion. I order this regularly from Well.ca!

My naturopath recommended I use xylitol from birch only. Love this brand and I use it for baking as well . No aftertaste or artificial taste.
