Herbal Select 5-HTP Griffonia Simplicifolia promotes balanced serotonin levels. It contains an extract derived from naturally sourced Griffonia seeds standardized to contain 10% (50mg) 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). 5-HTP is a precursor of serotonin, a neurotransmitter in the centralnervous system known to regulate mood, appetite and sleep.
