Herbal Select Borage Oil is grown pesticide-free on the Canadian prairies. Rich in Omega-6 fatty acids — especially Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) — it is cold-pressed and specially processed to ensure purity, potency and safety. Borage oil contains the highest level of GLA of any seed oil.
Directions: Take 1 softgel (1 g) 3 times per day with meals.
Ingredients: 1000 mg of 100% pure cold-pressed borage oil.

Allergy relief
I have been using Borage Oil for many years to help with seasonal allergies. I start taking one capsule a day a month prior to the grass pollen taking off and then 2 per day during the season and it alleviates all my symptoms and has no side effects and is omega 3s too
