Herbion Melatonin Gummy helps increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule. Each gummy contains 5 mg melatonin that also helps prevent and/or reduce the effects of jet lag, speed up/reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and re-set the body’s sleep-wake cycle.
Caution: Consult your health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
