Holle Organic 3-Grain Wholegrain Cereal

The wholegrains used in Holle cereals are in an easily digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. The goodness of the grain is gently unlocked with heat and moisture ready for your baby’s growing body. Using the wholegrain means the porridge can retain the most nutrients so that your baby can thrive. 

Directions: 

1. Heat 120 ml of baby's usual milk to approx. 50 C. 
2. Add 4 spoons (15 g) of cereal. 
3. Stir well. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37 аC) before serving.

For the health of your baby it is important to follow the preparation instructions. Always freshly prepare food. Please do not re-use leftovers and do not heat the porridge in the microwave (scalding risk). Pay attention to a balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle and to your baby's dental hygiene once his or her first tooth has come through.
