Organic wholegrain spelt cereal for babies from 6 months.
Features:
- Dairy free
- No added sugar (contains naturally occuring sugars)
- Demeter (from biodynamic agriculture)
Ingredients: Whole grain cereal Gries*, vitamin B1 (required by EU law) *from biodynamic farming (Demeter quality)
Directions:
- Heat 120 ml of baby's usual milk to approx. 50 C
- Add 4 spoons (15 g) of cereal flakes
- Stir well. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37 C) before serving
Cautions: Prepare food fresh and check the temperature (approx. 37 C) before serving. Throw away any leftovers. Do not leave your little one unattended while eating. Remember to clean your baby's teeth and use our product as part of a varied weaning diet. Store in a cool dry place, use within 3 weeks of opening.

High Quality Product and Not Just for Babies
More subtle flavour than "creamed wheat cereal" but similar in texture. Not much heat is needed, just enough to warm it up a bit. For best results, use bottled (unchlorinated) water because chlorine can react with nutrients and damage them. Product is perishable and should be stored double bagged in the fridge. Great !
I like having the opportunity to offer a wide variety if food to my baby. Bought spelt, millet, ancient grains mix and I'm satisfied with the quality. Only reason I'm taking a star off is because a sticker with the french nutritionnal information was added to the package, but was put on the preparation method that was already printed on the box... So you pretty much have to guess how to prepare it by yourself. Other than that, it's a great product !

Not fortified with iron.
Tastes good and baby likes but is not fortified with iron which was a surprise and disappointing. I assumed all baby cereal was fortified with iron but I guess things are different in Europe.

I have repurchased Holle products for my baby. They are dairy and sugar free. I add some fruit and my baby loves it.
