Simple ingredients, and it works. I prefer it stirred into plain yogurt.

I had heard really good things about this product, and this sounded like an easy solution to stomach problems that I have due to heavy prescription medications, but unfortunately I didn't find it really did anything... even when I increased the dose (which I didn't really want to do since there isn't much in the bag to begin with). I found other things such as pure aloe vera juice, prune juice and a good probiotic helped much more helpful.

Too much going on. Don't use milk; product soaks it all up and it becomes a mushy mess. Other flavour is much better tasting.

Love this stuff, gives me energy and helps with regularity. I just mix a spoonful into my oatmeal.

Love it. It was my gateway into loving chia. Either mix it into milks or juice to make a tasty pudding (especially if you add extra chia) or just sprinkle it on your yogurt instead of granola and enjoy a breakfast that's lower in carbs than your average granola and far better for you in the land of healthy fats. Nothing in here to hide. The only sugars exist hidden inside whole grains and dry fruits, swaddled in loving fiber to keep your digestive tract healthy.
