Homeopathic medicine for the temporary relief of symptoms of simple nervous tension and occasional sleeplessness. Non-Habit forming.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults and Children 12 and over: For simple nervous tension: Swallow with water or chew 1-2 tablets as needed,3 times daily. For occasional sleeplessness: 1-3 tablets ½ to 1 hour before retiring.
• Children: 6-12 years: For simple nervous tension: Swallow with water or chew 1 tablets as needed 3 times daily. For occasional sleeplessness: 1-2 tablets 1 hour before retiring.

Medicinal Ingredients: Avena Sativa 1X HPUS (oats), Chamomilla HPUS 2X (chamomile), Humulus Lupulus 1X HPUS (Hops), Passiflora 1X HPUS (passion flower)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium stearate, Starch (Corn and Tapioca).
