Directions of Use: Children 3 years or older: Take 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) of powder daily with water, preferably on an empty stomach or just before a meal, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. May be added to baby foods, formula, or liquids. Must be consumed immediately once mixed. Due to its potential to clump in water, best if taken directly into the mouth, or added to a drink using a blender or shaker cup. Refrigerate after opening.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Each gram (1/4 teaspoon) is guaranteed to contain a minimum of 5 billion colony forming units (CFU) as follows:
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (UABLa-12™) ....................4.2 billion CFU
Lactobacillus acidophilus (DDS®-1)................................................0.8 billion CFU

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharide, silica.

Free From: wheat, gluten, dairy, corn, soy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish/crustaceans, sugar, GMO, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Warnings: If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.  Contraindications: If you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment), do not use this product.
