Kelp is a variety of seaweed and it is a particularly rich source of iodine, a trace mineral that helps support the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. Kelp supplements may be beneficial for individuals with hypothyroidism (underactive or low thyroid function).
Each caplet of Jamieson's Kelp contains 650 milligrams of Pacific kelp, providing 650 micrograms of iodine.
Excipients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Silica, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
Directions: Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
