This product is great
I have dark blonde hair and i have been trying to preserve it for years and this product is great though it took about 2 months to see highlights which can be clearly seen when i straighten my hair or go out in the sun plus it has an amazing smell, so i do recommend it.

It Really Works!
I was quite impressed that this worked as well as it did because it's free of harsh chemicals like peroxide & ammonia!
I have very thin fine hair that's a mousey brown / dishwater blonde - I was quite blonde as a child & well into my 20s then everything changed!
Salon & home dye jobs ruined my hair - it would break off at my shoulders & the black roots drove me insane! Ultimately I gave up & resigned myself to drab hair colour- I was never happy with my appearance as a result - But I chose length over colour
This innovative product is a lifesaver because it has given me a natural looking blonde - It works like the sun creating highlights that shimmer yet my hair remains healthy!
It smells like summer & it's a pretty sheer lemony yellow that makes my shower experience like a summery spa!

This product is fantastic all around.
I have dry, curly, unruly hair that requires a lot of work if I want to style it, I have naturally blonde hair but I've been keeping dark for a long time to avoid the damage as sun and other things makes it drier than usual, I recently went back to my natural color because I wanted to try it again, started using this product and I can't believe how well it works for me, I love how it makes it lighter without having to have it redone every 6 weeks.
I love this product and would recommend to anyone.

I’ve used John Frieda products in the past so I was super excited to review this item. The packaging tube is the same but the design has changed a few times I think. The nozzle is poorly designed, it’s really difficult to squeeze the product out through the tiny hole it had. Using it the second time was even more difficult, so I just unscrewed the cap and the opening was much larger. It smells exactly like chamomile but you don’t’ smell much of the citrus that’s in it. It was very relaxing to use. It lathers really nice and thick, it felt quite luxurious. My hair is already bleached blonde, I didn’t notice it getting any lighter in color but seemed to refresh my blonde like a purple shampoo would but not as effective. I will continue to use this product since I really enjoyed the scent.

After pregnancy, my natural blonde hair was REALLY suffering. I had dark roots, almost brown! I have never dyed my hair before, and was sad to think that I was going to have to so I could feel like myself again (that might sound dramatic, but imagine having what you felt was a bad hair day for almost 8 months!). I decided to give this shampoo/conditioner combo a try about a week ago. It has already made a huge difference with my hair. I am almost back to my normal blonde (which is a golden blonde). I feel SO much better, and wish I would have tried this product sooner! I also bought the Sheer Blonde Brightening Oil Elixir. I have only used it twice, but with both times it gave my hair a beautiful shimmer, without a greasy look. I would recommended pairing it with this shampoo/conditioner!

Nice shampoo
I bought a full bottle after getting a free sample in the mail and am very happy with this product. It smells really nice and a little goes a long way. I love the conditioner too. Together they make my hair really shiney and manageable.

A Little Goes A Long Way.

I absolutely love how this shampoo, my first thought on this was that I really enjoyed the fresh smell of lemon and it was a nice bright yellow color, Secondly I loved how the shampoo would really lather where other shampoos I find hard to get all through my hair due to how much hair I have, so a little really goes a long way.

I got this products to try for free from Topbox circle. Go blonder lightning shampoo works great without the harshness of bleaching or peroxide. It gradually lightens your hair each shampoo and uses citrus. and no ammonia.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had a wonderful result after only one time of using Go Blonder Lightening Shampoo. I am a mixture of natural blonde, colour, silver, and grow out. After using this product one time only along with the conditioner and masque I can barely see where the inches of grow out begin and end. Will definitely be buying it. If one time does this much, I can only imagine what regular use will achieve. Thank you for the free samples to try. It sold me.

It's the best shampoo for a blonde
Before using this product, I was dark blonde. After only two weeks, I became almost a light blonde girl and I'm more self-confident. Also, this product really wash the hair and left nothing but a great lightened color.

Amazing daily shampoo
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using this shampoo regularly since I received it as a #freeproduct through Topbox Circle. I am a huge fan of John Frieda and I was excited to try it. I have processed blonde hair, salon lightened with bleach, so it’s very dry and I try not to wash it often. Luckily with the way the world is, and the fact that I work in health care... my personal preference has turned to prioritize necessity and I am washing daily. I love that this is a hydrating shampoo. For something tailored to blondes it is not drying in the least. The scent is very soothing, a soft herbal that is very easy to love. It suds easily, is definitely clarifying, and leaves my hair feeling very clean. The colour difference was subtle, but there! I had my doubts as a “bottle blonde”, but I struggle with brassiness and have not found this to be an issue in the least. It has maintained my blonde and I do see some lightening with regular use. John Frieda was recommended to me by a licensed hairstylist and I swear by it as my go -to for quality store brands!

Brilliant product, brilliant results!
Brings out the highlights that you had when you were little and had all day to run around outside in the sunshine. Gives a brightness to the hair and creates easy manageability. Just a pleasure to use.

Very impressed
So after years of highlights on my naturally dark hair i would have always used a purple shampoo to help tone any yellow/brassy tones..
On my most recent trip to the hairdresser I had to use a different stylist as my regular was off on maternity..
She done a good job however it hadn’t lifted as much as usual so was quite yellow in parts and thus she used the purple shampoo to rectify. As a result I was left with a mixture of grey/purple/yellow & white highlights which I tried to correct with more purple shampoo but just wasn’t cutting it!!
I didn’t want to go back as I didn’t want to highlight and bleach again so researched this product and gave it a go.. Well first time round I gave a wash and left it in for a couple mins but couldn’t notice much difference but then... lightbulb moment!! Why don’t I use heat to activate? So off I went again lathered my hair up, got rid of the excess and gently blew the hairdryer on a low heat for just a couple minutes and I could see it lifting before my eyes!!
Once dried I was so impressed virtually no yellow and any trace of purple/ grey gone!! One more go and I reckon my hair will be back to normal! Delighted!!

The Sheer Blonde Crystal Clear Hairspray has a great fragrance UNFORTUNATELY more times than not the spray nozzle does not work so either nothing comes out or the spray nozzle sticks and the can won't stop spraying. I really liked the product and have been more than patient trying to hold the can under warm running water to help the spray nozzle work properly but the last two cans have not worked properly from the time of purchase so I will not purchase this product again.

Best for natural hair.
I used this product both on my natural uncolored hair and on my colored hair. It definitely works way better at lightening natural tones than already color treated hair. My hair went a bit orange since it's colored but a couple washes of purple shampoo in between each use seems to clean it up a bit.
It is rather drying, and though it helps if you use the corresponding conditioner with it, you can still feel the drying effects. Overall it's a pretty solid product.
