Suggested Usage: Take 2 capsules with a minimum of 125 ml of water 1-3 times per day, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by a health care practitioner.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any medical problems relating to kidney, heart, blood pressure or gastrointestinal function, if you have glucose malabsorption (i.e. diabetes mellitus), show signs of severe dehydration including symptoms of shock, severe diarrhea and/or vomiting, the inability to drink or has increased thirst, decreased urination, sunken eyes, swelling of the feet or lower legs and/or blood or mucoid stools, or if you have recurring dehydrating conditions.
