Even if more expensive I try to use sprouted grains as much as possible because they're easy to digest and more nutritious. Besides being sprouted I have found this particular rice to be one of the best flavorful brown rice. Cooked it has a nice texture and resembles white rice more than it does any other brown rice I've tried.
