Description

The Magic Bag nicely replaces the traditional water bags and ice packs, used to relieve pain and promote relaxation. Heated, it stores heat quickly emanates it slowly for a period of up to 30 minutes. Applied cold, it relieves injuries, inflammation and fever.

Directions:

Hot: To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached. After each 30 seconds, remove the pack from the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds. Total heating time should not exceed 2 minutes (4 intervals of 30 seconds). Make sure temperature is comfortable to the touch before applying to the body.
Cold: Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer and apply directly to the body. Magic Bag can be stored in a plastic bag in the freezer.
