Please follow the instructions carefully. Tish and Snooky strongly recommend doing a strand test prior to application.

The only problem was that there was not enough developer. I wish they gave you a bit more, enough to use all the bleach powder. Otherwise, it's a great bleach. It lightened my coarse dark brown hair without damaging it too badly.
