Directions: Follow this routine on bare nails for 2 weeks:
1. Nail File & Prep File - once a week: at the beginning of each care week, shape your nails using the Nail File, then gently buff the nail surface with the Preparation File.
2. Strengthening Base Coat - every 2 days: apply the nail care polish to clean nails and reapply every 2 days without removing previous coats.
3.Overnight Nail Repair Mask - once a week: at the end of each care week, remove the nail care polish and apply the mask. Leave on overnight, then peel off or remove with warm water in the morning.
