Medicinal Ingredients: Chaste Tree Berry, berry 1g / 5ml Vitex agnus-casstus Vitex is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help with womens issues resulting from an imbalance of low progesterone and high estrogen. Vitex will naturally raise progesterone, which can help with certain fertility issues, such as having a short luteal phase. It can also help with issues resulting from estrogen dominance, such as PMS symptoms and menstrual pain.
