So comfortable
I bought this product after learning that their are multiple sizes of shields. I used the Medela size chart as guidance when purchasing. Since this product has a malleable rim, it makes it SO comfortable on the breast. I found the standard one that came with my pump dug into my breast and ended up leaving marks after a pumping session. Buying the right size breast shield, it made my pumping experience so much more comfortable.

Prefer the old flanges
Medela has come out with these new flanges for use with their breast pumps, toting their use as being better than their old flanges at extracting milk... They easily slip off of the breast, and are a bit uncomfortable. I wish I could instead buy their old design, but if ever I want replacement flanges am instead stuck with these.

These are amazing! I find I have a lot less shafting and discomfort, as well as a tighter seal on the breast.
