Milk of Magnesia is an antacid and laxative used for the relief of upset stomach and occasional constipation.
Directions: Shake well before use. Each dose should be followed by a full glass (250 mL or 8 ounces) of water or another liquid. Oral dosage produces bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours.
ANTACID:
- Adults: 1 to 4 teaspoonfuls (5-20 mL).
LAXATIVE:
- Adults: 2 to 4 tablespoonfuls (30-60 mL).
- Children 6 to 12 years: 1 to 2 tablespoonfuls (15-30 mL).
- Children 2 to 6 years: 1 teaspoonful to 1 tablespoonful (5-15 mL).
- Children under 2 years: Consult a physician.
Each mL of this product contains: 80 mg of magnesium hydroxide.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Potassium sorbate and purified water.

I have tried 4 different brands in the past year and this one is the best. I use it for frequent urination, constipation and as an antacid; it works for all three and I do not get the same results from any other brand
