Instructions: Dishwasher safe (top rack <45 degrees Celsius). After packing wet foods the seal can be removed prior to placing in the dishwasher for a more thorough clean. Make sure both the lunch box and seal are completely dry before reinserting it. Leave the lunch box lid open when not in use. Not suitable for microwave, oven or freezer.
