Works but may take some time
I followed the instructions and used it twice a day over 4 days. Because of the water from the ear flusher and the fact that my ear was so blocked with ear wax, the water accumulated in my ear and I could barely hear anything out of it. Only on the 7th day did it clear out completely. My ear is no longer blocked and my hearing is better than before or at least back to normal. So, this works but be prepared to possibly not being able to hear properly for a week.

Highly Effective
I cannot believe how effective this is after just one use. I will do the full four day protocol but I was fortunate to experience relief after one use. Would recommend for annoying but less serious cases.
