Directions of Use: Apply one layer of The One Base Coat to clean, dry nails. Follow with two coats of your chosen nailmatic lacquer. When dry, apply The Ultimate Top Coat and let the natural light work its magic! For an out-of-this-world shine, apply a second coat.

The Ultimate Top Coat: butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acrylates copolymer, nitrocellulose, acetyl tributyl citrate, adipic acid/neopentyl glycol/trimellitic anhydride copolymer, isopropyl alcohol, etocrylene, hydroxyethyl acrylate/ipdi/ppg-15 glyceryl ether copolymer, ethyl trimethylbenzoyl phenylphosphinate, trimethylpentanediyl dibenzoate, ci 60725 (violet 2).
