A very versatile cookie mix. Tastes a little gritty in your mouth but even the picky eaters enjoyed them. Would definitely buy again.

I don't like that the first ingredient is sugar, we just don't use much sugar in our house. So I used 1/2 of the mix (11/2cups) and mixed it with 1cup ground blanched almonds, 1/2 cup coconut flour, and 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum. Still left the add-ins (eggs, etc.) the same and baked the same amount of time. These were plenty sweet and have a nice texture and taste good. My daughter loves them and this makes hit a higher protein and fiber snack as well.

A good, easy to use mix. I added ginger and found I like them even better after a few days since they've become dry and crunchy (like "real" ginger cookies) without losing flavor or freshness.

This is a nice mix with good flavour and texture. My daughter added pecans and yogurt chips and made this mix into squares instead of cookies. We cut the still-warm squares and re-baked them to make our own version of a biscotti / granola bar. Very tasty!
