Nature's Way Melissa Leaves Mild Sedative

Melissa is a member of the mint family and is a mild sedative. Melissa is commonly referred to as Lemon Balm because of its lemon-like flavor and fragrance.

Directions: Adults: Take three capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes.

• Melissa leaves (Melissa officinalis) ... 490 mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule).
