Rated 5 out of 5 by Miasya from Actually works I came across this product in an advertisement in a magazine when I fell in love with the smell of the scratch and sniff. As a teenager, I don't expect a face wash to completely take away my acne. But this product smells great and keeps my skin under control without stripping away my skins moisture. Another plus is the price; It's affordable and totally worth it. I love how the face wash lathers up easily and washes off without me having to scrub at it. I think that's a benefit of the "oil-free" part. I'm looking forward to trying other products in this line. :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by ineedbetterskinscareproducts from Did the exact opposite of what it's supposed to do 19 yrs old and I have combination skin. I bought this to get rid of acne. This product broke me out. I have pimples in areas I don't get pimples in! The moment I put the product on, I actually said ow. Why is your product so harsh? It's so rough on the skin that it created more damage than it was supposed to prevent and reduce. The moment I put it on, it irritated my skin that I actually felt a pimple was going to form right there and sure enough it did. The only good thing about this is it smells good but that's not beneficial to the skin now is it? By the way, I used this product yesterday. It's only been a day and my skin is now a mess. Thank you for that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by teenager from Terrible I am a teenager with acne and I was looking for a face wash to help clear it up. as soon as I seen this face wash I instantly wanted it the colour was pretty and attractive and I thought the smell would be really nice too, but don’t let this fool you. About the third day that I used it, it had burned my skin. I have little white bumps on my chin and part of my forehead, my skin is sore to touch and I have some dry patches of skin that I never had before either and my skin is just overall sore. I have used other Neutrogena products in the past and they’ve treated me well but I 100% would not recommend this certain kind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by liljess58 from My Go-To Product for 9 Years! I have been using the Oil-Free Acne Wash line of Neutrogena for nearly 9 years. Since the grapefruit scent came out it has been my new favourite, just an extra pick-me-up every time I wash my face! This product has been more than faithful and does a great job at clearing breakouts and preventing new ones from coming. I have very dry skin naturally, and this product does not make my skin any drier than it is normally. Definitely a must-have!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Allison from It made my skin worse!! I have an acne-prone skin but i managed to clear them up when I was in the Philippines. My skin wasn’t that perfect but approximately only 3 pimples pumps a month. When I got here in Canada, I wasn’t able to bring my skincare products so I tried to buy this facial cleanser. I noticed about this product is that, the longer I use it, THE MORE PIMPLES I GET. The acnes in my cheeks are getting worst and I also started to get pimples on my forehead! I stopped using this product since it doesn’t work for me and until now, for almost 2 months of using it, my acnes are still here. I’m disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by OM16 from Just plain awful. I bought this product along with the Neutrogena pink grapefruit face scrub and moisturizer since I was having acne, and knew Neutrogena is a great brand for skincare-- or at least I thought it was. This along with the other two products have made my skin so red, scaly, dry, itchy, and I ended up with more pimples that I originally started with! So it not only made it worse, but it gave me an allergic reaction on my face! My skin has not felt the same. I stopped using it after a week of use. What a waste of money.
