Recommended Dosage: Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): 1 capsule once daily. If you are on an antibiotic(s) or an antifungal(s), take at least 2-3 hours before or after.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline cellulose, Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Rice Starch, Silica, Sunflower Oil.
