Bee Pollen from New Roots Herbal is a rich source of many nutrients. First of all, it is a plentiful source of rutin, a bioflavonoid which contributes to the tonification of the capillaries. It is an excellent source of protein and amino acids; bee pollen has a concentration of useable amino acids seven times that of beef, cheese, or eggs.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
