NOLA PANCAKE MIX ORIGINAL
The pancake mix came in a nice pink bag, with a well known sesame street character on the front. I read the ingredients prior to preparing, instructions were easy enough to follow although more milk needed to be added then the 3/4 cup the package called for. Our family enjoys M-L size pancakes, therefore we were only able to make 6 compared to the package details of 10-12. I ate 2 pancakes without any toppings/ingredients and then made the rest as I normally would with chocolate chips & some fruit. My toddler enjoyed them as much as I did, however my other children said there was a aftertaste and did not enjoy them as much as a regular pancake mix. All in all I may buy again in the future for my toddler. The ingredients are relatively clean and minimal compared to most store bought brands.

Flavour and minimal ingredients were great! Consistency was not.
I really like the minimal ingredients in this product, but the overall preparation was lacking. I know they are supposed to be made into pancakes, but the batter was way too thick with the amount of powder vs liquid. I ended up making them into waffles and they were the perfect consistency! I approve of the taste, but my toddler didn't enjoy them this round. Overall I think the product idea is great but the ingredient ratios make it tough to make into the pancake shape.

Great pancakes with simple ingredients (dairy free!)
I recently tried the Power pancakes specifically because of their wholesome and simple ingredients. I am too busy to make my own pancake mix, but pancakes are a staple in our household. My little one was recently diagnosed as lactose intolerant and finding packaged foods without milk products can be a challenge. This pancake mix is a great flavour, and the resulting pancakes are not too dense.

Simple delicious and healthy pancakes
These were a hit with my family! My daughter really enjoyed these, as a 1 year old it's hard to find foods that she will finish and that are healthy! She loved these! My husband also loved these so much! I did think they were a tad dense or dry but I will add more milk or syrup as I served this without syrup! Overall loved this mix!!

Excellent breakfast idea!
It is tasty and healthy! Feels very clean tasting and not self indulgent. I would definitely feel comfortable feeding to my family and the children loved it and the option to include toppings. Pancakes were the star of the show during our breakfast

Easy healthy toddler friendly breakfast
If you need a quick healthy toddler friendly breakfast Power pancakes are amazing. This pancake mix is fast and simple ( all you need is milk). The pancakes come out fluffy, tasty ( hint of strawberry) and filling. Great for toddlers!
