NORTH COAST NATURALS MCT Oil
I love this mct oil. It pairs well with H.C. Mango Coconut Gluten Free Oatmeal and Kettle & Fire Bone Broth. Since adding either of these combinations as my last meal before intermittent fasting for 24 hrs , 36 hrs and 48 hrs. I do not struggle with hunger.

Bought this product to add to morning shakes and am not disappointed. Virtually tasteless and haven't noticed any ill side effects of use, although I take the suggestion to start slow with 1 tsp and increase from there.
