NOVA Probiotics VEGAN Pro-Digest 10 Billion is designed for individuals with food sensibilities such as gluten and lactose intolerance. One capsule provides 10 billion live microorganisms to promote healthy intestinal microflora balance, assist proper digestion and break down of lactose, casein and gluten.
Directions: Take 1-3 capsules, 1-3 times a day with meals or as recommended by a therapist.
Caution: If you are on antibiotic(s), take at least 2-3 hours before or after. If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.

If you are gluten sensitive this may not be for you
While this looked to be a great probiotic and is technically gluten free it seems that inulin can be problematic for those of us who are gluten intolerant. I will unfortunately have to pass this on to a family member.

Best Probiotics I've Tried!!
I tried two different brands of probiotics before I tried Nova, and I have never gone back! I have been taking these for three years now and have had nothing but results! I started out at 8 billion and have switched to 10 billion in the past four months and these ones are great too!
I would highly recommend this brand to anyone, regardless if you are vegan or not.

Corn Starch, why?!?!
It is so hard to find a probiotic when one is lactose and/or dairy intolerant. I bit the bullet and paid the big price tag on this hoping it would help with my MCAS/Histamine intolerant gut symptoms. Couldn't understand why I felt ill after my first does; until I checked the label. Corn starch. Gah. Can't tolerate corn so I'll be giving this a pass.
