Assisting with cholesterol levels
A plant sterol product was recommended for me along with food monitoring and exercise to keep cholesterol levels in check. Under the guidance of a dietician ,the beta-sitosterol is presently benefitting my health as a senior.

Less trips to the Bathroom
This product has helped greatly with my BPH symptoms. It has helped me get a much better sleep at night with only getting up to go the bathroom once instead of 3-4X a night. More confident with intimacy as well.
