Now Foods B-100 Sustained Release is an important factor in the maintenance of good health. It helps in tissue formation and the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.  

Water-soluble B vitamins are not stored in the body and must be replenished daily. This is NOW®’s highest potency, multiple B-vitamin product in a sustained-release format and is designed to provide consumers with the required daily intake in one complete supplement. Formula provides 100 mg of the majority of the B-Complex vitamins. The sustained release format helps deliver nutrients over a period of 2 hours, and mimcs the process of normal digestion. The sustained release process does not involved chemical coatings typical of other time release products.
