I ordered this because I was having a hard time taking b12 supplements due to GERD (every capsule I can find has cherry flavor, and I didn't want a super potent swallowable tablet either). While this still has some fruit flavor which is a trigger, I'm able to bury it in half a cup of milk and not have issues.
I think it tastes a bit odd to take straight, so putting it in something else will help most people.

This was really gross tasting. Like really gross. I had hoped that the liquid formula would be easy for my children to take, but it was too disgusting for them. I tried it and it tasted too bad for me too. We won't be able to finish the bottle. I don't usually care much about the taste of medicine or supplements. I'll cheerfully swallow Buckley's, oil of oregano or eat raw garlic for health benefits. This supplement was too gross even for me. There are less foul tasting ways to get B12.

Vitamin pills really upset my stomach and I can't absorb them that way anyway so I wanted to try the liquid. I have pernicious anemia so I'm kinda stuck with it hah.
Con: Yes it tastes weird, it takes about 3-4 tries to get used to it and then after that you don't even notice it anymore. The stuff you have to suffer for for your health lol.
Pros: Its cheap, easy to take and doesn't upset my stomach like other vitamins.

I agree with the other reviewer. I had done my research, but didn't closely read this label. What you want is methylcobalamin, NOT cyano- . I have used this for about three weeks and I don't notice a discernible difference whatsoever. Lack of energy is the same. It tastes awful too. I don't mind a sweet cherry flavour, but this is more like strong cherry cough syrup which makes you shudder as you swallow it. And for some reason, I don't know what it is, and this is going to sound weird, but this also gave me a weird sense of smell - like greasy chicken. Not something a vegan likes to smell, but I kept smelling things thinking it was around me, but nope! I've stopped taking this for 3 days and lo and behold the smell is gone. I wanted to like this because it's a B complex, but save your money and get a 2,500 or 5,000mcg B12 cyanocobalamin sublingual or b12 injection supplement instead!

I don't find this product to taste that bad. It's not the greatest it has a slight fake orange-like taste to it and you are to swish it around in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing - once you do that it goes away. No biggie. The liquid form is much easier to digest than a tablet. I like that it doesn't contain ingredients I am allergic to and that it is a vegan product. I have noticed a considerable difference in my energy levels since taking it.

I wish I had done my research before ordering this vitamin B12. Apparently the form of b12 in it is Cyanocobalamin which is is a cheap, synthetic chemical made in the laboratory that is produced with cyanide. Low-end vitamin manufacturers use this to claim that their product "contains vitamin B-12." They won't tell you that this form of B-12 is bound to a toxic cyanide molecule that must then be detoxified from your body by your liver.
I was thinking of giving this to my daughter and then I found out that information. I dont think I will even continue taking it myself and will look for another B-12 which contains methylcobalamin (the safe version) instead.
Aside from the above issue, this supplement also tastes very bad and you are supposed to keep it in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing.
