I bought these for my husband because he doesn't like to swallow pills. He likes them, and said that they have a good taste!

Amber: more than a year ago

These are very small round tablets with a bit of a sour taste. Good but not sweet.

A very good product. I have been reading for some time now that most people in Canada are vitamin D deficient during the winter months and that even adults should take a supplement. While I am sure this will be good for my bones and teeth, I was amazed at the beneficial effect that it has had on my overall health, especially my digestion.

It is wonderful to have these on hand throughout the winter months to get the adequate dose of D's.
