Effective for joint pain. I have no knee pain at all,
after 2 weeks of using this product.

i dont rate it low beacause it was my mystake. But don't buy it too add in homemade cream or serum, the concentration is far too low to be used for cosmetic purpose.

Absolutely amazed how well my knees are feeling since taking this product - it has been 2 weeks and I have no joint discomfort - mu knees feel stronger - I know I will eventually have to have surgery, but until them, I can walk comfortably due to this product THANKS:)

The Brand NOW is made in Guelph which is a bonus. (Canadian). the mix of Hyaluronic Acid and MSM seem to be the right mix for my 12 year old female Akita. She is suffering from hip problems and has trouble getting up. this product has increased her mobility.
Because of this I decided to start using it myself. Being over 70, I have aches and pains in my joints and have found that this mix makes a great difference in my knee and hip. I recommend this product to people who have the same ailments.

reduces the pain but ,at low doses ,it doesn't reduce the joint stiffness /noise/swelling- does help jonits recover flexibility more quickly when first moved--if i could afford to take the recommended dose i would,
