Recommended Dosage: Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.   

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, attempting to conceive, or if you have bipolar disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a medical condition, are taking any prescription medication or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or if you a have liver disorder. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended; exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. May cause heartburn, shaking hands, perilabial numbness, sexual dysfunction, and thyroid dysfunction. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. If symptoms persist or worsen or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite, stop use and consult a health care practitioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported in Canada and internationally. For use beyond 3 months: dizziness, irritated skin, nausea, and diarrhea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
