NOW® Sun-E™ 400 is a soy-free, vitamin E derived from Identity Preserved (IP), non-GMO sunflower seed oil. Vitamin E is a major antioxidant and the body’s primary defense against lipid peroxidation. It is particularly important for the protection against cellular free radical/oxidative damage as well as through environmental exposures. In addition to its antioxidant activities, vitamin E is also vital for normal immune function and for maintenance of a healthy vascular system. These protective benefits are achievable with supplemental intakes higher than what is normally consumed in the average diet.
Recommended Dosage: Adult Dosage: Take 1 softgel daily.
