Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

No effect
I took 1 capsule the first night and noticed no difference in my sleep. So I took 2 capsules the next night but, again, it made no difference.

Took these for almost a week - they did absolutely nothing for my sleep. Nothing for my husband either
