The best iron I've tried. It's heme iron, so easy to absorb and I don't have to avoid dairy or caffeine like the mineral/Vegan ones. This is the only iron I've tried to date that does not cause awful digestive issues. I've tried many, many other brands of mineral based iron, but wasn't absorbing them. I ended up getting an infusion at an IV clinic. Since then I've been taking these to keep my ferratin levels acceptable and they seem to be doing trick. And with no puking! Hurrah! Worth the price. I also like how I can cut them out individually and put a few in my toiletry bag for a trip without carrying a pill jar around.
