Orange Naturals Constipation Tincture

Say good-bye to constipation and get your bowels moving with Constipation tincture. Constipation tincture contains aloe and dandelion the gentlest of laxatives, along with ginger to conquer gas and bloating that often accompanies lazy bowels. Aloe and Dandelion root not only have mild laxative and diuretic qualities, but they also appear to promote healthy digestion. Constipation tincture is an excellent gentle laxative combo for short-term relief of occasional constipation.

Recommended Use: Used for short-term relief of occasional constipation.

Directions: Adults: take 3 mL at bedtime, 2-3 times in the first week. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Allow at least 6-12 hours for a laxative effect to occur. If results are not observed, increase frequency to a maximum of 3 mL every night at bedtime. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 week.

Ingredients: Each mL contains: Ginger (Zingiber officinale, 1:5 rhizome extract) 100mg,  Aloe (Aloe vera, 1:4 latex extract) 62.5mg, Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale, 1:4 root extract) 62.5mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: 40% grain alcohol; purified water.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, fecal impaction, or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea,  vomiting, or fever.  Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble or hypersensitivity. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, or diarrhea.

Contraindications:  Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have liver or gallbladder disorders, abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, hemorrhoids, or diarrhea.

Potential or Known Drug Interactions: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac medications, such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications, thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or other medications or health products that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
