Designed to provide you with all-day hydration, Electrolytes Extra Strength provides an increased level of sodium, along with potassium and magnesium so you can retain fluids and the ionic balance your body needs after high activity or sweating.
Directions of use: Add 1 scoop (3.6 g) to 500 ml of water. Shake or stir well for 5 seconds.
Caution: Not recommended for those under 14 years old. Do not drink on the same day as any other supplemented foods or supplements with magnesium and potassium. Do not drink more than 2 servings per day. Warning: Sealed for your protection. Do not accept product if safety seal is broken. Store at room temperature.

Salty, but great for POTS + MCAS
There's no denying this is salty. It might not be great for a lot of people who just want an electrolyte drink while they're working out. But for people with POTS and MCAS, you don't have to worry about any ingredients (like flavourings and sweeteners) causing an MCAS flare. Also, it's surprising how quickly you get used to the saltiness.

I wanted to like this...
I was expecting it not to be sweet (I've had unflavoured electrolytes before), but this just tastes like salt. It's pretty much undrinkable, unfortunately.
