Orly Bonder Rubberized Basecoat is a unique rubberized
basecoat that grips lacquer
to the nail surface for
extra lasting adhesion. It prevents nail lacquer from wearing off for up to two weeks.
Directions: Apply one coat of Bonder as a basecoat under Orly nail lacquer. To finish, use Sec 'N Dry topcoat for maximum color stay.
