This product does give you a noticeable boost of energy. That said, the taste and smell are quite bad. ItâÂÂs also difficult to blend and each time I drank it, I always ended up with a bunch of powder stuck to the bottom of my glass or bottle. Due to the taste, I will not be repurchasing this pre-workout.

Works well and actually tastes good! My only complaint is that the jar is only about 1/4 filled which was a bit deceiving when buying online (I should have paid more attention to the weight of product). Will definitely repurchase.

The taste and smell was absolutely putrid! I also purchased the MusclePharm preworkout mix and it was leaps and bounds ahead. Maybe itâÂÂs just my tastebuds but mine is going into the garbage!

One of my favourite Pre-Workout drinks! It tastes good, contains natural products, and gives a great burst of energy with no crashes. A little bit clumpy, but I still love it!
