This is great in smoothies! I have also used this to make a greek yogurt "cookie dough" recipe. So much easier to use in recipes than regular peanut butter which can be hard to get out of the spoon and get the correct amount. Also love that it is lower in calories, fat and sugar.

Tastes very peanut-y. Mixes well. Does not apply well to asian noodle dishes (not enough oil for it.) Quite salty compared to regular peanut butter!

Love the lower fat content. I put a couple of heaping teaspoons on top of my dry cereal and mix it together with kefir. Alternatively, I mix it in with steel cut oatmeal just after it's cooked. Yummy protein boost, peanut butter taste without as much fat. More sugar than 100% peanut- peanut butter.
